The difference between UV varnish and regular varnish

Uv varnish is a type of varnish that must be stimulated by a specific wavelength of ultraviolet light to rapidly form a film and solidify, and then form a protective and glossy texture on the surface of the substrate you are coating. There are two types of UV varnish, the common ones being the ordinary mercury lamp curing form (i.e. the type with high thermal sensitivity), and the LEDUV varnish that emits blue light and low heat. Ordinary varnish, on the other hand, is a synthetic resin that usually refers to a transparent surface varnish made with base materials and additives, without adding any pigments. After film formation, the varnish is shiny and shiny, commonly known as varnish. It is divided into UV varnish and PU varnish. The painting process is basically the same as that of UV varnish. However, ordinary curing methods are much broader, including self drying, infrared heating baking, high-temperature sintering, and ultraviolet curing. Correspondingly, the range of materials available is wider, and the final paint film performance also varies greatly. It depends on the substrate to choose the appropriate material and process.
