Features

1. High bio-based content: Water-based UV-curable resin adhesive has a bio-based content of about 22%, which is derived from renewable biomass resources such as plant oils and starch. Compared with traditional petroleum-based adhesives, it reduces the negative environmental impact in production.

2. High curing hardness: Ordinary water-based adhesives are soft after curing and are prone to surface scratches. This one can form a tough and dense structure, effectively resist mechanical external forces, and extend the service life of the product.

3. Fast film-forming speed: Traditional adhesives often rely on co-solvents to adjust rheology and solubility to form films, which not only increases costs, but may also leave residues that affect performance. This adhesive uses water as a dispersion medium and forms a natural and uniform film under ultraviolet light, which is more environmentally friendly and efficient.

4. Anti-yellowing: Ordinary adhesives, especially those containing easily oxidized ingredients, are easily oxidized and yellowed under long-term light or high temperature environments, affecting the appearance. It can maintain a colorless and transparent appearance under long-term direct sunlight and high temperature environments.

5. Tin-free and VOC-free: Some traditional adhesives contain tin compounds as catalysts, and emissions will pollute the atmospheric environment and endanger human health. Water-based UV-curable resin adhesive will not cause harm to the environment and human body during production, use and product life cycle.
