1. What special materials can this vinyl adhesive bond?
In addition to common materials, it can also achieve good bonding to some special plastics with low surface energy, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), after appropriate surface pretreatment. At the same time, for some new composite materials, such as carbon fiber reinforced composite materials, it can also be effectively bonded due to its high adhesion.
 

2. Will the performance of the adhesive be affected in a low temperature environment?
It has good low temperature performance and can still maintain a certain degree of flexibility and adhesion in a low temperature environment. However, as the temperature decreases, the curing speed may slow down slightly, but in a common low temperature environment above -20℃, its bonding performance can basically meet most application requirements. If your ambient temperature is lower, we also have low temperature products with specially optimized formulas to choose from.
 

3. How long is the curing time of the adhesive?
Generally speaking, under normal temperature (25℃) and relative humidity of 50%, its surface drying time is about 5-10 minutes, and it takes about 24 hours to fully cure and reach the highest strength. However, the actual curing time will be affected by factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, and adhesive coating thickness. Rising temperature, lower humidity, and thinner coating thickness will accelerate the curing speed.
 

4. Does this adhesive meet environmental standards?

Yes, our vinyl adhesive meets many international environmental standards, such as the EU's RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). It does not contain heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium, as well as harmful substances such as polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers. The volatile organic compound (VOC) content is also far lower than the national standard, and can be safely used in areas with strict environmental protection requirements, such as food packaging and interior decoration.
