What is the difference between swimming pool PVC glue and ordinary PVC glue?

Is PVC glue for pool repair suitable for all types of swimming pools?

Can it be used in low temperature environments ?
It is recommended to use it in an environment above 15℃. Low temperature will prolong the curing time. The operating surface can be heated by a bathroom heater to improve the bonding effect.
