Backed by our 10-year durability guarantee, it's a smart choice for projects that demand reliability and durability. Aesthetics.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry and free of dust/grease. The PVC surface needs to be lightly sanded (80-120 grit) for best adhesion.
Ambient temperature: Application only between 4°C - 38°C. Do not use on rainy days or when humidity exceeds 85%.
Curing and load-bearing:
Initial setting time: ≤30 minutes; Full curing time: 24 hours at 24°C.
Do not apply structural loads (e.g. heavy trims, fixtures) before full curing.

FAQ
Q1: What is the difference between this PVC adhesive and other general-purpose building glues?
A: Our PVC adhesive is specially formulated for the characteristics of PVC materials (such as low surface energy and thermal expansion) to ensure chemical compatibility with PVC substrates, provide stronger initial bonding and long-term weather resistance. General-purpose glue may not be able to effectively resist the expansion and contraction stress of PVC caused by temperature changes, resulting in debonding or cracking.
Q2: Is it necessary to use additional nails or screws to fix PVC decorative panels?
A: Although the adhesive itself is strong enough to support PVC sheets for a long time, it is recommended to use temporary nails or clamps to assist in positioning before curing (within 30 minutes) to prevent the sheets from shifting. After curing (24 hours), the auxiliary fixings can be removed, and the colloid will form a permanent waterproof bond to avoid exposed nail holes affecting the appearance.
Q3: Can this adhesive be used to repair aged or damaged PVC decorative strips?
A: Yes. After cleaning the old PVC surface until there is no oil or dust, scrape off the loose and aged parts and grind them rough, and then apply the adhesive directly to repair. For larger cracks or gaps, it is recommended to use PVC filler and then reinforce with adhesive to restore structural integrity and extend service life.
